Savings program - Club LouLou

Club LouLou is the loyalty program of LouLou Essentiels. To participate, you must have a shop account.

Within this program, you receive credits for your purchases. You can then convert these credits into a discount.

Club Lou Lou Button

At the bottom left of the page you will see the Club LouLou button. Once you are logged into your shop account, the button will show your current balance.

Activate account

After creating a shop account, you will receive an email to activate your participation. After activating your account and validating your email address, a pop-up will appear in the LouLou club under Redeem Options and a button labeled Receive 10% discount . Click on this to generate a discount code that you can use at checkout.

To receive all other benefits such as discount vouchers on your birthday, your account must be activated.

Save credits

For every euro you spend, you receive 1 credit.

Redeem credits
You can convert 100 credits into a 5% discount voucher
You can convert 250 credits into a 10% discount voucher
You can convert 500 credits into a 25% discount voucher

Please note! You do not receive loyalty points on Sale items.

Gift verjaardags
On your birthday you will receive a voucher of € 10. This is valid up to 30 days after your birthday.

Please note! Register before your birthday to receive the voucher on your birthday. 

Enter date of birth

If you have activated your account, the pop-up of the program will appear with the option to enter your date of birth. Click on the button and enter your date of birth.

Credit validity
Your credits are valid for one year. Every time you make a new purchase you extend the validity of your balance by another year.
